The Purna Jewels Wallet (“Wallet”) is a promotional, non-transferable digital wallet provided by Purna Jewels to offer users rewards, cashback, and promotional benefits on the platform.
This Wallet is a closed-loop system and is intended solely for use within the Purna Jewels website and mobile application.
The Wallet does not function as a payment instrument and is not intended for storing user-deposited funds.
The Wallet is promotional in nature and is used only for:
Welcome bonuses
Cashback rewards
Promotional credits / coupons
The Wallet:
❌ Is not a prepaid wallet or payment instrument
❌ Does not allow deposits by users
❌ Does not support withdrawals
❌ Does not support transfers between users
The Wallet is available to registered users of Purna Jewels.
Purna Jewels may credit welcome bonus or promotional balance to new or existing users at its sole discretion.
The amount of welcome bonus is variable and may differ for each user or campaign.
Purna Jewels may offer cashback in the form of:
Percentage (e.g., 10%, 15%, 25%, or any other rate)
Fixed amount (any value as decided by Purna Jewels)
Cashback:
Will be credited only to the Wallet
May vary across users, campaigns, or time periods
Is subject to conditions such as:
Minimum order value
Maximum cashback cap
Validity period
Purna Jewels reserves the right to change, modify, or withdraw cashback offers at any time without prior notice.
Wallet balance can be used only for purchases on the Purna Jewels platform.
Wallet balance:
Cannot be used outside the platform
Cannot be converted into cash
Cannot be transferred to another account
Wallet usage may be:
Full or partial, depending on applicable rules at checkout
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Adding money to the Wallet via:
Bank account
UPI
Debit/Credit cards
Withdrawing Wallet balance
Transferring Wallet balance
Misusing promotional offers or creating multiple accounts for unfair benefits
Wallet balance (including cashback and bonuses) may have an expiry date.
Expiry details will be communicated at the time of offer.
Expired Wallet balance will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
If an order is canceled or refunded:
Wallet amount used will be credited back to the Wallet only
No cash refund will be issued for Wallet balance
Cashback earned on such orders:
May be reversed or adjusted
Purna Jewels reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate Wallet benefits in case of:
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of offers
Multiple account creation
Reverse any benefits wrongly credited
Purna Jewels may:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Wallet program at any time
Change rules, benefits, or conditions without prior notice
Continued use of the Wallet implies acceptance of updated terms.
Purna Jewels shall not be liable for:
Loss of Wallet balance due to user negligence
Unauthorized access to user accounts
Technical or system-related issues
This Wallet Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
